Who we are:

As one of the fastest-growing beverage brands in the UK, MOJU is on a mission to help people live with more mojo, powered by nature's most potent and nutritious ingredients

Just like our nutrition-boosting shots, our company relies on a unique blend of ingredients to really hit the spot.

We are collectively a bunch of people who focus on positive action; we are passionate about our products, people and the planet. We’ve got big plans for the future to become the UK's favourite and freshest way to kickstart start the day and our people have big ideas for their futures too.

What we’re looking for

We're looking for a highly organised and analytical supply chain executive to join our supply chain team and help drive world class service level to our customers. You’ll own our product master data, compliance and KPI reporting as well as working alongside the Planning & Operations manager to maximise the output of our S&OP cycle. This role will give you the opportunity to get stuck into the details, improving forecast accuracy, and collaborating cross functionally on a wide variety of projects to keep MOJU blazing trails.

Job requirements

Responsibilities of the role include:

Inventory and SKU management

  • Manage our inventory to ensure minimal wastage and the freshest product sent to our customers

  • Reconciling our inventory between our 3PL and Netsuite ERP to ensure both systems are aligned

  • Monitor stock availability, address out of stock risks and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders

  • Setup of all new SKUs and management of master data

Customer forecast analysis and demand planning

  • Analyse key customer forecasts to enable a robust demand plan to be created

  • Work with the sales team to analyse past performance alongside upcoming promotions and product launches to suggest changes to the demand forecast

  • Validate demand plan alongside Planning & Operations manager

  • Support internal S&OP process between operations, finance and sales

Customer and 3PL relationships

  • Build strong collaborative relationships with retail contacts and proactively identify potential issues that may lead to availability or ordering challenges

  • Work with retailers to make decisions that benefit the business, like managing stock levels and distribution. Take ownership of customer issues and ensure they are resolved.

  • Maintain and build relationships with 3PL partners

Compliance and reporting

  • Own our compliance and supply chain KPI reporting (OTIF, Wastage, Availability)

  • Coordinate weekly cross functional trading updates

  • Own month end reporting for supply chain

Order management

  • Support Supply chain executive in customer logistics (covering order management, samples and delivery return management)

  • Utilise EDI platforms to ensure all customer orders are processed successfully

What you’ll bring to MOJU

  • 2-3 years experience in supply chain or operations

  • Demand or supply planning experience

  • Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

  • A customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm whilst prioritising effectively

  • Great at developing strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally

  • Solid IT skills particularly Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) and ERP systems

It would be amazing if you have

  • Netsuite ERP experience

  • Experience building evergreen relationships with retail customers
